Once you reach out to Pete at Red Ram Consulting the process usually proceeds as follows, but

everything can be tailored to each individual client needs.

Pete will either call or e-mail you depending on your preferred option.

A site visit will be scheduled and Pete will ask some very basic questions relating to the property history and your perceived problem areas. An additional night visit (recommended) to accompany this can also be arranged for an additional cost. You will then receive an electronic letter of intent which confirms the visit details.

Site visit day can range anything from a half day to a full day (including travelling) and Pete will need to be accompanied by either the requesting person (preferred) or their designate for the period of the visit.

This is in order to gain access to all areas in order to get the best report possible. This will also draw on the expertise of the accompanying person in relation to the property.

Your report will then be sent to you within 10 days both electronically and by Canada Post. This will include photos of points of reference to enable the client to fully understand the report.

10 days after your report is sent Pete will contact you in order to answer any questions you may have on the report or to arrange a further visit, if needed.

More and more insurance companies are now recognizing the importance of being proactive in these areas and at this point I would recommend contacting them to advise how you are being proactive in prevention in an effort to solicit a premium discount.

1 year after the report Pete will contact you for a maintenance visit which will be at the same rates as the initial visit.

All of the above will be carried out by Pete personally with no designates. He takes total responsibility for his side of the process, creating familiarity between the client and him, therefore building trust in the relationship moving forward.
